These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programs, coaching sessions, workshops, memberships, digital content, courses, and materials offered by Michaela Tschudi operating under the business name TheGLOWithinMe.
1. Nature of Services
All services, programs, sessions, workshops, memberships, courses, and content provided by TheGLOWithinMe are intended for educational, informational, coaching, mentoring, and personal development purposes only.
TheGLOWithinMe does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, nutritional, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation is voluntary, and clients remain fully responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, and personal well-being, choices, actions, and results.
Clients are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical, psychological, or other health-related concerns before making changes related to nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, emotional well-being, or health practices discussed within any service or program.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have received permission from a legal guardian.
3. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in Euros (€).
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments for services, memberships, coaching, digital products, programs, and courses are non-refundable.
For digital products, online courses, memberships, and downloadable content, access may be granted immediately upon purchase. By completing the purchase, the client expressly agrees to immediate access and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Coaching Sessions and Cancellations
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
TheGLOWithinMe reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5.Intellectual Property
All content, materials, teachings, videos, recordings, documents, guides, resources, branding, text, graphics, and program materials shared within services and programs remain the intellectual property of Michaela Tschudi operating under the business name TheGLOWithinMe.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during coaching sessions or within programs will be treated confidentially and with respect.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings or online environments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheGLOWithinMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or personal damages arising from participation in services or use of the website or materials.
Liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence where legally applicable.
8. Right to Refuse Service
TheGLOWithinMe reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services where participation is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, outside the scope of practice, or misaligned with the nature of the services provided.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
