The Connected Mother is an 8 week guided step-by-step experience designed to help you transform the way you show up in motherhood - emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
Through weekly sessions, emotional and nervous system support, practical parenting tools, and deeper self-awareness work, you’ll learn how to create more calm, connection, and emotional safety within yourself and your relationship with your child.
